Hi Dave, I hope looking back at this interview knowing you've done it and are out the other side feels amazing. I've been through detox, addiction is horrible. Life is better without all that shit dragging you down. You've been an inspiration man, looking forward to new music!

I had heard of InMe, but never paid much attention. Howerver, Dave played an accoustic set at a wedding at my house a few weeks ago, and I thought he was a lovely guy. A bit shy, kinda gentle, but very personable. Liked chatting with him, sharing beers and having a laugh. Will be checking more of his (and InMe) stuff out. Pleasure to meet the guy.

Dave is a really unique songwriter. Inme have had quite a few highs and lows by the sounds of it but it's inspirational that Dave is still doing what he loves. The music industry has changed so much over the past 20 years, I imagine making a living from being in an alternative rock band is really hard.

Love Dave. The most humble artist in the industry. Great as always in Leeds. One of my first gigs was seeing Inme. Still have my hoddy to this day.

I've been a fan of InMe since my early teens, saw them live in 2006 and they were amazing. Always loved their music ever since seeing 'Faster the Chase' on Kerrang and would show people the 'White Butterfly' album. Daves solo stuff was also fantastic, him and the rest of InMe sadly never got the credit they were due.

Yeah he's a great bloke. I've been reading his twitter and it seems he's had a tough life. Inme are still a great band, it's a shame they didn't really take off after the first record.

It could be debated whether they truly lasted that long as Dave is the only fella who remains from the original lineup. Kinda like Tony Martin era Sabbath. Of course, it can also be argued that he essentially has been the songwriter and main force for the band from the beginning.

So Overgrown Eden has always been one of my fave albums. And i never really kept up with them , for some reason. But seriously 2 hours ago i started listening to Herald Moth......omg Believe Revival whattttt? i have super fallen in love again. almost 20 years after discovering them.

Seen you at Reading fest. You guys were one of the main bands I went to see. Seen you guys so many times. First two albums were great and kinda burnt out for me after that. 20 years of Inme. You must of been about 12 because you guys are younger than me

As Inme's music progressed from its simple pop metal beginnings to some of the most brutal, beautiful, experimental metal around today, they LOST popularity! There is no justice in the music industry.

in kerrang ages ago he reviews crushed like fruit single and absolutely tore it pieces
@revivedfears5 жыл бұрын
@@deletedhero5579 yeah that was it. It was in kerrang in 2003 I think. I used buy the mag every issue. I probably still have it somewhere lol. They used to get artists to do guest reviews. Crushed Like Fruit was one of inme's best track in my opinion. On a side note, I remember fear factory doing guest reviews and them giving disturbed a particularly horrible review too and getting a lot of shit for it. A lot of those reviews were banter amongst bands to be fair.
