For about 6 months in 2003 they really were. They deserved better in the long run though, Dave is a proper quality vocalist with an amazing range.

Its hard to believe that's the same Dave McPherson. Apart from the fact he obviously looks different, he sings and plays a lot better now and is a hell of a lot more lively onstage now
