I play at least 2 times a week. Have been doing so for 40 years. What I mainly see is that people are afraid to release. I'm no tour pro. Just line up, pick a spot on the ball that you can focus on, and accelerate through that spot on the ball. If you mess up, so what? It's only golf. Trust yourself.
