Reason why Dave did two diss tracks w/same title… second one doesn’t have Josh Richard’s. Zach Bryan and his label got the original one with Josh and Dave taken down and wiped from the internet (was a big fight between them N Dave for that 24hours) Dave ultimately lost bcuz apparently josh Richard’s a longgggg time ago at beginning of his career signed a holding deal of some sort or some type of deal with Zach Bryan’s label. They used this to flex n basically say they own Josh Richard and any music he creates/releases and subsequently, this song. Dave obvs said fuck you.. and just re released it without Josh on it, so ZB and his label can’t get it flagged/taken down.

@ FYI, I myself was in an abusive relationship for 5 years and know all too well. I def didn’t broadcast it to the world, even if he was famous, bc it’s called a PRIVATE relationship.. I was in no way defending his behavior, I’m referring to her making their private life public, if she needs help healing with the abuse she sustained then she should seek a professional therapist or such. As a survivor, I would NEVER do what she’s doing bc there’s nothing to gain but clicks and attention n who wants to be known for that.. She is taking the low road trying to smear his name for revenge, which is not the right way to go about things; 2 wrongs don’t make a right..! I’m so tired of ppl jumping to someone’s defense before knowing both sides, as I said before, there’s 3 sides to every story, his, hers and the truth..
