I noticed at a early age that Dave Ramseys views were questionable and unrealistic for most. He makes some good points but I wasn’t drawn to his financial views like I was when I first heard Robert Kiyosaki speak. Wonderful video, Thanks for the info

I totally agree with you but dave maybe looking at the lower interest rate you get by taking a 15 year loan

I’m all for the concept but you can always pay the 30 year loan down quicker as a hedge against interest. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏽

You pay $100K more in interest when you get the 30-year loan but people are allergic to math. Idk it was 100K I thought it was $80k household income. $100K household income is reasonable if you marry someone with a real full time job. And plus he has this rule for like 30 years before inflation was this high obviously.

You may have paid off your debt in so many years it is because you reduced your expenses and accelerate your payments. Sir you are wrong on this one. We have become a nation of debtors because we keep going into debt. It’s simple, debtor slave to lender.
