I just watched episodes of it when it was on. I was in college at the time. Then I watched clips of it on KZbin. Finally I got Peacock and binged the whole series and absolutely loved the whole thing. It is one of the few perfect shows out there. The character growth is phenomenal and everyone at the end gets the ending they deserve. I just watched it again for the second time the other week and it still holds up.

My wife is Japanese and the first time I showed her the show, she didn't like it because she didn't get the cringe humor and just felt awkward. As her English improved after several years living in the states I tried showing it to her again and now it's her favorite show. She always wants to watch it with me and we rewatch it every couple of years. Her favorite characrer is Kevin. When I showed her videos of the actor who plays Kevin speaking with a normal voice she didn't believe it at first. Haha super funny show.
