Great to see a long form interview where someone can actually talk at length about their life. Also nice to hear someone who seems to have stayed grounded and down to earth. It must be very easy to lose yourself in the world of fame and celebrity.

Dave currently holds the world record for most names dropped in a single interview. Possibly the most famous Sunderland fan out there so I'll let it slide.

I was actually reflecting on this. I have family of the boomer generation who were in the music industry. And "mythologising" names and people seems like a part of their culture. Whereas today, people don't seem to be as fixated on "personalities"
