Great topic, and i couldnt agree more! There's a saying I posted on my wall that goes " do the action, and the feeling will follow" .. meaning: don't wait to be ready, or in the mood etc.. take that step and you'll be glad you did..you also mention about watching your thoughts too, another great point. Eckhart Tolle mentions this as bring " the watcher of your mind and thoughts" .. great talk dave!

Hello Dave ☺. Thank you for your little chat this morning, it was just what I needed to hear. As I've mentioned before, I lost my beloved husband Terry back in December, and I'm very up and down. Just yesterday I came to realise that I was suddenly living in fear of everything, something that hasn't been with me before! I have recently started to get out again into nature.
