My wife and I were at this show. We were in the 3rd row. One of the best shows I have ever seen live. Thank you for posting this, so many memories.

Gotta know, were you guys one of the polite folks or one of the people screaming the entire time? Dave looked furious the entire show.

I had this Sous Chef gift me a bunch of bootlegs to listen to on my way to SLC on a road trip for the 2002 Winter Olympics gig. This was one of them.

I would do ... well, a lot of things to have seen this in person. I saw Tim and Dave the first time they played there, almost exactly two years before, and didn't really appreciate it as much as I should have. Girlfriend at the time had free tickets somehow (can't remember why), to this thing I was just becoming aware of at the time and didn't "get it" yet... Wish there were recordings of that show (Jan 1997) just for the memories. This 1999 show, after a couple more years of their growth, must have been amazing in person. Anyone there at the time, I wish I'd been there, count yourself lucky...

Had this full show on bootleg CD (back when they used to sell bootlegs in actual CD shops ((old)) ) - and must have listened to it 1000 times.

How did you get video cameras in back then? This was my first Dave and Tim show, and I'm so happy to see it online. thank you.

kinda tough to watch the 99 dave and tim shows when you can see he's still struggling with the dmb-style crowds starting to appear at them

What you mean when Dave was well?
@samanthayork31256 жыл бұрын
they meant "when dave was (hate to say it!) himself!" i.e. before he released everyday and half the fandom crucified him
