That was one of the most professional refereeing jobs I've ever seen,,, he was right there on top of the action,, did not stop the fight prematurely or when it's too late,, UFC needs to recruit that guy big time
@JohnSmith-ei6sc
@JohnSmith-ei6sc 2 жыл бұрын
Ufc doesn’t employ referees guy. Referees are hired by whatever state/sanctioning body hires them. Some organizations like in Japan and stuff will pay pretty sure rizin has hired big John and some guys before for a few of their events but in america it’s whatever athletic commission is sanctioning the event that puts the referees in there. Nevada NSAC and NSAC would be like okay big John and herb dean are gonna do this event and they’d talk to the ufc and the ufc goes okay sounds good. Don’t get me wrong the ufc can refuse a shitty referee for sure becsuse they’re the ones bringing money to whatever state so they can be like yeah Mario Yamasaki no way lol

@@JohnSmith-ei6sc well we all know Nevada is a mafia run State and every facet,,, so it's not surprising that you see those same shady looking guys in the red suits for decades long and the same shady referee such as Herb Dean masagada and crew,, so I imagine that's why they're being paid to be preference in front of other qualified referees

I always get a kick out of commentators talking up their favorite fighter and ignoring the other, in this case repeatedly with the "Enjuquani" refrain. Fun to see their favorite fighter lose. They should respect the fighters equally and stop the BS. Ha ha ha

What a fight! Love to see a dude where it seems every punch's about to be the one that ends him, but somehow weather the storm and--beyond belief--still be the one to come up with the W! I think the fella who ended up losing had a chance and most likely would've taken the victory if those elbows, that probably were to the back of the head and were at least borderline illegal hadn't got into his head...and ruined his momentum as well as his focus. You could tell his mind was fleeting for a moment trying to work sh*t out there, and that tiny moment that he'd hesitated was enough for the other dude, to not only escape but recover enough to get back in the game. Sorta like say how a fighter needs to take advantage of that instant he or she smells their opponent's blood, or notices injury, or an empty tank, or whathave you; whereby not being able to capitalize from that moment, could be the difference between victory or defeat. I could definitely see the fella here who'd gotten submitted, in this match, working really hard on his focus and preparing to better deal with unexpected distractions, coming back in the future to fight like an absolute beast in his next match! 🕹

The armbar has been a less frequent move over the past few years in MMA. Everyone seems to go for the chokeholds. I think dude was anticipating a rear naked choke, and left himself open to the armbar.

@@TheyForcedMyHandLE Yeah what I'm saying is that the person who lost has no chin. You can smack him and he'll get knocked out. He has no place in the fighting world. A girl can dance around and kick and punch and look like she knows how to fight. But if she gets punched one time in the head, she might need to go to the hospital. This guy is no different. You understand now?
@HarryTzianakisTheGodOfSpeed
@HarryTzianakisTheGodOfSpeed 2 жыл бұрын
To me it seems that he gave all he had. He basically punched the other guy as hard as he could. 90% of the fight. He was just punching the guy in the face If you can't knock somebody out by hitting him so many times, there's obviously something wrong. The guy is weak. He has no power and you can see that in his chin. It's more embarrassing that you punched someone so many times and you couldn't knock him out.. he has no place in fighting. It was pathetic that he couldn't finish him .
