Another fantastic video! Big ice machines and ventless dishwashers are at least $10,000 each these days. I never considered leasing them until I saw this video and looked into it more. You’re single handedly the best resource of good consistent bar/restaurant information around!

@@victorramirez7343 I looked into leasing a dishwasher. But these days everyone is going to low temp machines and it costs $3300 to rent one for a year or $4000 to buy one outright. I’d rather just buy one at that price!

Fryers are so cheap I’m not even sure there’s a place that’ll rent them. Always gas, I’ve never even seen an electric one that’s designed for commercial use!

Have you checked with your beverage vendor? Or a local drink mix supply house? They might have some they’ll give you for free if you buy their mixes.
