Hiya everyone!!
Nice to release something finally XD (Been meaning to finish this for a while now.)
So this one is rather unique in a way, as to make a change, I did not make the music on this one. I wanted to get a really good rock feel on it, and I knew Immanuel would knock it out of the park for it. Thanks again! :)
And since this song is originally a duet, I felt like I needed to get someone to sing this with me, so I asked Alejandro (Known as CyYu, and also We.B) to take part with me on it, and he said yeah! He's done several Sonic related covers on his channel, so I figured he'd be a good fit! Thanks again for your Vox man! :)
I'd say this turned out great overall! Glad to finally have it out.

Hey, remember that Inspirational Quote from the Japanese Boxart of Sonic 1? It went something like: "Don't just sit there and waste your precious time. When you want to do something, do it right away. Do it when you can. It's the only way to live a life without regrets." Cause the lyrics in this cover really capture the Pure Spirit of that Quote & the Essence/Appeal of Sonic's Character.

Never knew about that boxart quote but that's a pretty common message I still got from several Sonic games that I try to live by as best as I can. That one line from '06 comes to mind, as well as the whole Live Life song from Black Knight.

The lyrics are so beautiful! You can easily grasp Sonic's entire personality. The singers also did a ln amazing translating Hironobu Kageyama's raw and passionate vocals to english without it sounding weird. Easily my favorite Sonic Drive english cover.

As someone who had Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog and SatAM airing during my childhood, the current resurgence still doesn’t compare. You are in the newest Good(ish) Future of the Sonic timeline.

I was born at a point where the games I had where like Middle of the Meta Era games and now the New Gen games (some people have dubbed it the Multimedia Era because of the movies starting this resurgence). I do like them because they feel like the Sonic games I like more like Shadow, SA Duology and Unleashed. Shadow Gens is shaping up to be great so I'm grateful for this era for sure.

Eh, my favourite era for sonic was the late 90s and the 2000s, even tho I was late to the party. I discovered Sonic X back in like... 2014 or something (I was still in elementary school) and had a blast watching it. I'm actually glad I found it like that because I was able to watch an uncut version online that had all the stuff the 4Kids dub was missing. I'd say it's never late to enjoy something great!

У нас часто есть очень длинные слова, типа "сногсшибательно, умопомрочительно, Сверхъестественное" И представьте, как нам, русским, сложно перевести песню, чтоб попасть в нужную секунду, И да, еще нам и ютуб заблокировали, Всё из-за глупых *цензура* людей, которые решили вечно что-то делить... 😢 А мы причем??? This is an awesome cover Dave! Your style is so great and works wonders for emulating Hironobu Kageyama. This is definitely going in my workout playlist. WE.B was a great choice for this.
