Looks like one of those bucket lists items one needs to just check off to get them off the list. If they had gotten the meals and service right especially for a country that famous it would have been great. It's funny food and service plays a big role in overall satisfaction.

It's technically a normal train as it does stop at several places but it's truly meant to be a "tour train". No locals are taking that train to move around really. Especially not for that price haha.

You are wrong when you say Swiss people will never be impressed by anything wherever they go in the world... Now I challenge you... Go to Kashmir...Gulmarg ...summers... from there visit Leh and Pangong lake ...Or Go to lush green Northeastern India such as Sikkim and Meghalaya.. you will get same enjoyment if not more... at 1/10th of the price
