Our fruit ripens on the plant in the sun. Exported fruit/veg form Kenya consumed overseas doesn't have the same flavour because it's harvested early and refrigerated for export.

Hi Dave. Enjoyed your viewpoint of Kenya sofar. I have been there about 10 time in the last 12 years. Longest i stayed was 6 months at a time.i mostly stayed in Mombassa. What a lovely town to be in. Same hospitality as elsewhere. The hotels are all on the beach about 20 meters to walk to the sea. As there are no waves around hundreds of thousands of european tourists flock there as your small toddler can also enjoy the sea.Hope to see your video of Mombassa soon.
