Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds Live at Radio City Music Hall - April 22nd, 2007

This Friday June 26, we will be teaming up with our friends at Radio City to stream Dave and Tim recorded live on Radio City Music Hall’s magnificent stage on April 22, 2007. The 26 song set was recorded in HiDef and directed by longtime DMB friend, Sam Erickson, and our own Fenton Williams. It is the only Dave and Tim full length concert video to be released to date.
The stream will be available on DMB Facebook and KZbin channels as well as Nugs.tv. Radio City Music Hall will also be streaming the show and DMB Radio will simulcast as part of their Friday night concert series.

The version of Lie in our Graves from this concert is by far the best version and has by far one of the best, if not the best solos from Tim Reynolds ever!! This is a deeply spiritual song. Not necessarily a Christian song the way people generally interpret the word, but spiritual as in an examination of the singer's own spirit, a supplication for forgiveness while doubting whether he deserves it. It is beautiful and heartbreaking. This is a stunning song, and the mesmerizing way the Band weave in and out of each other musically is a dance performed by masters.

I remember listening to Dave as a teenager. We're the same age. I entered the Military and had complete focus on my career and sports training after high school. Unfortunately I lost track of Dave for 8 years and he only toured therefore his music was not on radio. My girlfriend reintroduced me to Dave many years later. I was a business success at the time. However my girlfriend felt I would grow more as a person if I finished college and encouraged me so I enrolled and mainly listened to Dave Matthews music for Motivation to focus on learning. I graduated college and Dave was part of my success as a good student and graduate. I learned that is the case with other College Acadamians and Dave was behind the scenes...of higher learning and personal development.
