About to put my house on the market for $390k in davenport next week. My backyard is crazy, it has a preserve in the back and it feels like I have acres of land. Beyond that, the house is huge. Too big for me.

Always doable. They are not as plentiful as the communities that we are showing. But we have been getting our clients great prices on resale homes right not with no HOA
