Not a finance guy but it seems like it could be easily manipulated through bots and creating fake "social chatter" around stocks. How does the algorithm distinguish between real and fake chatter once people start trying to exploit the system?

Was just thinking this. It’s be pretty simple for the Wall Street bets apes to crowd all platforms with a random stock for a few weeks, then watch it get grabbed up. I’m sure they have something in place to prevent or hope them determine if it’s real or not.
