You have raise a few good points but my more than 30 years experience as a volunteer and travelling throughout the Philippines, I beg to differ on some very important points like time keeping, "friendliless" in terms of honesty, work related issues and financial manipulation are some of the highlights encountered with a large cross section of the general public as well as officialdom with certain exceptions during President Durtete's time when he somehow "clean up" in some aspects which is admirable even though he was somewhat overboard in some areas which as a tough leader had to be effective. God Bless the Philippines and hope Filipino society may make amends to improve themselves.

Israeli can live #1 Luzon (if they want big Cities) But traffic & some areas are flooding. #2 Visayas (great , some is mix rural and Urban, some are developed and others are underdeveloped) (Most down to Earth people/ friendships & humble) #3 Mindanao (it depends, just avoid the Majority Muslims areas, Mixed areas are you ok in big Cities. In conclusions Philippines have Major Airports in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, so is very convenient now a days !
