I share the same sentiment with a lot of the comments about the 90s growing up. Because it reminds me of transition from elementary to middle school. When times were simpler despite its problems. And we werent being invaded with too much technology. You could go outside and hold conversations with friends until the street light cut on. Thanks as always Dave.

The commercial line-up starting with the Ford Escort is for the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Trials and Tribble-ations. My recording of that episode has the same exact line-up after the intro.

Dave, I am 52 years old and grew up in the Seattle area. There was a catch phrase I lova , lova , lova you! I cannot remember what product it was from but I have searched everywhere trying to find out where it came from. My brother and sister remember it too but we just can't solve the problem! If you know anything or what product it was I would be so happy! Thank you!

I'm not defending Bill here if all the things did were true, but the more time goes on, and the more I've read/watched about it all, it does make me wonder why at least some of the women kept on going back to him if they had all that happen to them, and why did they wait so long to say anything about it? 🤔

Tombstone had rising crust? What happened to that? Those late 90s web pages were so ugly. I remember Mentadent. That pump thing got annoying. I swear one side would run out of toothpaste faster than the other, somehow. Of course Bill Cosby wouldn't be interested in that woman, she's still conscious.
@CommodoreFan642 жыл бұрын
I remember the rising crust Tomb Stone pizza, and it was not that great to be honest, their thin pizzas are way better. I don't remember Mentadent, as growing up my family was a crest/colgate family till we learned the dangers of fluoride in the early 00's(caused one of front teeth to rott from the inside out, and had to be pulled several years back, and I now have a false tooth from it), and switched to more natural brands like Tom's, and later on Hello. Far as my take on Bill Cosby(no I'm not defending him), it does make wonder with some of the ladies if they had all the stuff happen to them, then why did they keep going back to see him, and then wait so long to say anything about it? 🤔 Lastly I honestly miss a lot of the 90's web 1.0, as we lost a of stuff like Angel Fire, AOL Chats/messenger, Yahoo Chats/messner, Lycos, chats/messenger, Lycos search(the original version, not the current one), etc., and despite the limits of 90's tech, I feel the web was more open, and free by not being so heavily regulated, and controlled as it is now(by governments, and a handful of massive corporations), plus it was more special for those of us who were on it, by everyone not having a phone in our pockets 24/7 that can access the web when we want, and where even a $30 Android GO phone is more powerful than just about any desktop PC you could buy, or build in the 90's, or early - mid 00's for that matter.
