As it has no ignite and no pressure on the attack, it would be good to start from w and allwin lvl 1, perhaps it could harm the wave a little but it would have less than 40% of life, briar top beats 70% of top dolls lvl 1

no, you have no way to cancel out of your W. If they flash into their tower they 100% get first blood level 1 especially if they manage the wave good
