David and Goliath, composed by Harry Massoud.
This is an orchestral/instrumental song I composed and recorded on garage band. I plan to remake this song one day with Logic Pro X and high quality sample virtual instruments to get a better overall sound in the song.
This song was inspired after reading a biography on the life of King David and particularly his famous battle with Goliath. I wrote the song and then thought it would be fun to add a clip from any one of the David and Goliath scenes that have been portrayed in motion pictures.
I chose this one (from the movie, “King David) because it fit my song which I had already written and recorded. The duration and scene timing was all much more in sync with my song.
If you have any issues with the movie scene, please go contact the director, make your own movie, or just don’t complain about it. I know it’s not perfect and 100% accurate. I did not choose it with the purpose of advocating that this is the best David and Goliath portrayal.If you know anything about the translation of books into film, you know it is never easy to translate it directly and sometimes it actually does come across the same. Books and motion picture are two different mediums of storytelling. If it was that simple, there would be so many films being made after great books written throughout time.
The focus of this video is the song inspired by a great bible story as presented by the word of God. Close your eyes and listen if you can’t handle the video and just picture the bigger picture which is the triumph of someone who others thought was impossible.

As a shepherd, David knew his calling is much higher than being a mere shepherd of herds of animals. David had many personal encounters with God's power.He was prepared & ready to fight Goliath.

🧊THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the last age in which God is saving man from the imminent destruction of this old world" (God incarnated in the mainland of China, which the compatriots in HongKong and Taiwan call the inner-land. When the one from above came to earth, no one in heaven and earth knew about it, because this is the true meaning of God returning to the flesh is not something that anyone is capable of knowing. No matter how great and powerful the work of the Spirit, God remained calm, never betraying Himself. When God ends this phase of His work, everyone will wake up from their long sleep and reverse their past behavior. What He faced were knives and guns and clubs; what He faced and temptation; what He was facing was a crowd of deadly stares. He risks being killed at any moment. However, He came to do the work of perfecting, meaning to do the second part of His work that continued after the work of redemption. In rescuing people from the cross, Jesus only completes the work of redemption; He does not do perfecting work. In the past, this incarnation in the last days may not have been predicted, and thus it laid a foundation for God's coming in the flesh to be even more secret today. Therefore God risked dangers several thousand times greater than those in the Age of Grace to descend to where the great red dragon dwells to do His own work, to pour all His thought and care intoredemption of this group of suffering people, redemption of this group of people who have fallen into the garbage heap. No matter how much human cruelty is, God does not ignore any of it, but He continues to do the necessary work to fulfill the greater assignment given to Him by the Father in heaven. Although THEY were NOT SEPARATE for LONG, did ANYONE KNOW that the FATHER was so ANXIOUS that LONGING for MANY DAYS and NIGHTS and LONGING for the SPEEDY RETURN of His BELOVED son? He WATCHES, He SITS in SILENCE, He WAITS. 😪🙏😪 ALL of THIS is for the SPEEDY RETURN of His BELOVED son. When will He BE with the SON WHO WALKS on the EARTH AGAIN? Even if once TOGETHER, they WILL be TOGETHER in ETERNITY, HOW CAN HE ENDURE THOUSANDS of DAYS and NIGHTS of SEPARATION, ONE in HEAVEN ABOVE and ONE on EARTH below? TEN YEARS on EARTH are like THOUSANDS of YEARS in HEAVEN. How could GOD the FATHER not WORRY? When GOD CAME to EARTH, He EXPERIENCED MANY CHANGES of the HUMAN WORLD as MAN EXPERIENCED. 😪😪 GOD HIMSELF is INNOCENT, so WHY will GOD SUFFER from the SAME PAIN as MAN? David won, because he remained calm, he wasn't afraid, he had a good sight, sure hand and amazing aiming. He was great at using slingshot. This fragment of Bible shows that wits, inner integrity and self-possesion are more important than sheer muscle power. Also it shows that simetimes curage and sober mind can prevail over experience and skill. Goliath fault lied in underestimating young boy. He felt to self-confident and forgot to protect himself properly. David knew his talent and wqs able to use it in a critical moment. This is a tale about human qualities

David wasn't fumbling around looking for rocks as if he waited until the last minute...he went to battle prepared. He prepared his heart and mind and trusted that Lord would fight for Israel...he would be his instrument....the most important part of any battle is preparation....David's armor was God's Spirit.....David in faith gathered 5 stones from a nearby brook...this is in important lesson that man must unite with God's will...man must can't just sit around idly....he must move forward in faith. The battle is the Lord's, but he makes us partakers of His victory. God could have killed Goliath with a thought, but he gave David the priviledge of being used as His instrument. If we trust and obey His command, he will do the same with us against any enemy including the greatest enemy which is not Satan, but self (pride).

Bible doesn't say Goliath defined David even once. This video shows David didn't kill Goliath on the his first stone. Let us remember at that moment God used David's arm and hand to defite Goliath. So, no one can defite God even once when he is upto winning. That's why he gives many chances and wait until we surrender. When we stay stubborn then he'll be up to war and show who he is. It'll be on the first shot! He created us. Including Goliath. He knew him before he was born. He could even kill him in his mother's womb. But he our Lord is beyond good and patience. If you're going to tell the story tell it right. David was not timid by nature. He grabbed 5 stones from the river which wasn't dry in the spring time there. If you want to know his heart which was like the Lords, he didn't put up with lies, deceit or twisting Gods word.

God will work a way for me and my family to get these little gril s back to us . These parent are not what they need . They are far from a parent. And these gril s told us many of time s that they did not want to go back home with their parent s their daddy has 17 crimal charges on him and he wod beat his wife in front of the gril s . And me and my daughter heard the mother say she was going to cut mit suicide and she said it in front of the grils and her husband . Do any of you think this is were these gril s need to be . And we always took them to church on Sunday morning . These parent s do not belive in going to church . Not the se gril s do not get to go to church any more . It doe s not sound like to me these parent have much going for them . I just do not see that this is were God want s these little gril s to be . Do any of you think so . Let me know what you think of this situation please .

So ture.don.t you think that when people do you wrong that God will punish them with a hard ship. Right not me and my wife and daughter are going through a real tuff situation . We took in 2 small little grils that the mother could not take care of them one was almost 2 and the other was 3 . My daughter and the mother sign the papers . The daddy walk out of the mother and the grils life s . He would beat on the mother in front of the grils and he has 17 crimal charges on him at the time . The daddy comes back and now he want the grils back my daughter go s to court onthis case 5 time s and the judge orders for them to go back home but the grils do not want to go back home .the parents have the grils not and the judge ask the parent s if they would let us be a part of the grils life s they say yes . But they do not let us see them they lie to the judge and he told the parents I know that you have lie to me in court now if the judge knew that they lie to him why di he not do some thing abou.t it .we only get to talk to them on the phone and we always have to be the one to call .the parents never call . To me this is not right to us or these little grils .they when home in Oct of this year 2020.it is abou.t to tear me a part .my wife and daughter do not like to talk a bou.t it but I have to its my way of dealing with it . I think keeping it built up in side to me is not good . We had them for almost 3 years and you just do not try to for get it . We always took them to church ever Sunday morning and I really do miss that . My daughter told me to night that she thinks that God took them from us I do not belive that for a minute . I know God has reason s for thing s but I do not think he took them from us . When all the good we done for these grils . She said the judge said by law he had to let them go back home no he did not have to be cause of what he knew abou.t them I mean how bad of parents do they have to be to lose them . These parent s will mess up again I have had many people tell me that and I think they will .I pray all the time day and night that God will see fit for them to come back to me and I do not think that is wrong of me do any of you think it is . What would you do if this was to happen to you . God bless .please some one let me know .

We end up keeping them, feeding them, clothing them loving them regardless of the situation. If you want I can pray for you and your family with my prayer group. I'm not trying to discourage anyone. My comments were to encourage our preparation for our Lord. Don't lose faith in your children. Let them see you pray with their children. You'll see. It's going to be hard because of negative feedback. Think positive.

Respect the authority given unto you, because all kings are appointed and Raised up bu the Most High. It is a good reminder of How The Father raises up and defeats who He wants yet not by our own strength. Repent of the lawless deeds, All this talk of revolution and no revolution in the souls of men to turn back to Gods ways. People are preaching a hyper grace sugar coated gospel with no obedience and claim the law is nailed to the cross.. satan is rampant, sin is the transgression of the law and everyone who sins goes against gods laws. Church goers eating swine for breakfast and then going to a church void of obedience.. A church that meets on a sunday but rejects the Fathers Sabbath. Repent and He will make even our enemies at peace with us, the scriptures say.

This is the most historically accurate depiction of the David and Goliath battle. After deeply studying 2nd Samuel in the Bible, and visiting the Valley of Elah, I can with a first hand say this is a great video and more than beautiful song!! Well done Harry Massoud!!!
