Beautiful. Tho he seems a little under the weather. The phrase "no copyright infringement intended" is amusing. Clearly the poster recognizes s/he doesn't hold the copyright or a license to it. Posting copyrighted material is intentional, even willful, action that violates the law. I don't think intention is required, and desire to "help" is normally not a valid defense. Did the poster have copyright or license? No. Did s/he copy and "perform" the recorded material anyway? Yes. Voila. Copyright infringement. But it's all just academic if the actual copyright holder doesn't pursue, which they almost certainly won't since it may cost more than the effort is worth.
