Freedom and liberation come through Christ. The one that lifts our burdens and teaches that predetermination is slavery. Matthew 16. We have free will and our behavior is separate from our identity. When we fall for the idea that behavior is identity we lose our true potential and identity. We become victims, addicts, murderers, and thief's without redemption. We retain that identity for our entire existence and are saddled with the injustices that we cause and were victims of. Freedom comes from redemption and comprehension of our potential as children of God. David is a wonderful human being. I wish him well in finding his identity. His music has literally changed my life and transformed my soul by inviting the spirit of God into my life.
