The point about the mind functioning better when it’s able to rest is huge. I think a big fear the mind throws up when it’s been turned on 24/7 most of our lives is that if we turn it off we’ll lose it or go crazy. But it really functions much better when we stop using it lol.

Some real nuggets of wisdom in this video. Met you a few months ago David in Bridgnorth where you were speaking about being present. A motorbike went past and you were saying how that sets off a chain of thought where really it’s gone now and be here and now. My husband is totally like that. We both get it but I would probably start those chains of thought haha! He wouldn’t. Like you a lot. Hope we see you again sometime.
