This tale has brought me to using back then, so it feels really startling to me to see the story, which I believed is long gone and outdated, rewritten like this. It's like trying to revive someone who ODed. Or warming up corpse with cooking it on a spoon. I didn't watch the entire serie so far, still I hope that refurbished Heroin/e hits as hard as it's original version. Fuer mich, es ist wirklich ueberraschend wie diese Geschichte, 30 Jaehre spaeter, als neue erzahlen wird.

I didn't like this series as much as the movie or the book.. It's way too clean in my opinion, almost looks like fun times.

Ok the book is a masterpiece that will never be surpassed but nothing about the series like the brutal rape of Stella, hanging around in bathroom stalls or the prostitution looked fun. I thought the series did a good job balancing accessibility with the hell they went through. Enjoyed it.
