"Let's Dance" is the title song from British singer-songwriter David Bowie's 1983 album of the same name. It was also released as the first single from that album in 1983, and went on to become one of his biggest-selling tracks. Stevie Ray Vaughan played the guitar solo at the end of the song.
The single was one of Bowie's fastest selling to date, entering the UK Singles Chart at number five on its first week of release, staying at the top of the charts for three weeks. Soon afterwards, the single topped the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Bowie's second and last single to reach number 1 in the U.S. In Oceania, it narrowly missed topping the Australian charts, peaking at number two, but peaked at number one for 4 consecutive weeks in New Zealand.

WOW, thanks for this. Great job! I liked and subscribed to your channel. Please keep the lines coming - I'm hungry for more! Any chance of optional standard notation ONLY in the charts? Maybe I'm a elitist snob, but I see tablature as a "crutch" for those lacking the ambition to learn how to read.

I think you should do something a bit more challenging. I know you have the ability but why so many simple songs?
@pedropt10
@pedropt10 7 жыл бұрын
Just an opinion from a medium/low-class bassist. 1) Simplicity is evidently a relative concept, what is simple for you may not be simple for others. 2) A "simple" bass line can be amazingly beautiful. For me this is one of those situations. Obviously, there are many complex bass lines which are amazing in many senses. 3) "Simpler" songs can be mastered quicker and therefore he can post more videos, which I'm sure is of his interest as it will spread his channel more. By reading comments in many videos it's easy to see that a HUGE amount of people were helped/inspired by Constantine's work.

Lastcall170 is obviously another wannabe guitarist who wants centre stage. Simple basslines can be so much more effective than chucking in a loads of notes. Discipline is key - dont play when its not necessary. a concept lastcall hasnt grasped. :0)
