Awesome performance! I love watching Bowie on stage. It's not about Hendrix, although one could easily make the comparison. I think it's about either Johnny Holiday or some minor English rocker from the early 60s that made it somewhat and then flamed out.

What are you talking about? He's incredible live yes but his albums are magical. Especially The rise and fall of Ziggy Stardust and the spiders from mars. Listening to his live and studio versions are different experiences but nothing by David Bowie sounds like crap.

I like this song, I think It's pretty good but I don't like the sound of his voice in the high notes, too much screamy. A lower key would have been suitable because his vocals are powerful some pitches lower
