The greatest actors always exude a comforting warmth of love and empathy, and no one exuded it like Jack Klugman. RIP to a wonderful actor, and a wonderful human being.

Jack was such a great comedic and dramatic actor. His episodes of the Twilight Zone are the best (especially A Passage for Tumpet. He makes me cry in that one. ) He was so underrated.

One of the least-known facts of Jack's early career was that when Jack was still a struggling actor in New York, he shares a room in a boardinghouse with another struggling young actor named Charles Bushinsky, better known today as Charles Bronson. Jack used to say that both of them worked odd jobs while pounding the pavement looking for stage work and when there were no jobs, they would have to sell their blood just to eat and pay bills. But both made it big in their own way.
