That was a scene from the only movie Dick Miller starred in, 1959's "A Bucket of Blood," by Roger Corman. Where Dick plays a waiter at a Beatnik Club who wants to be an artist, but doesn't succeed in anything until he accidently kills his landlady's cat when it gets suck in the wall and covers it in clay to cover up the whole thing and then folks like his stuff, so he starts to kill people to cover them in clay, and everyone at the Club suddenly think he's a Genius.

EDIT: It looks like YT deleted everything I wrote in this but the fun fact at the bottom. I've never seen that done before... The gist was that Fred has over 200 films and he used fake names for some of them. He started in the late 70s and is still making films. He has a range of films from softcore exploitation to action films, like Armed Response from 1986 with Carradine, Dick Miller, Lee Van Cleef, Michael Berryman, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (bad guy from Mortal Kombat and Showdown in Little Tokyo) and Mako (the wizard from Conan and store owner in Perfect Weapon). Fun Fact: He loaned Tarantino his 16mm camera so he could make his first (unfinished) movie, "My Best Friend's Birthday." He is considered a legend in the low budget world and inspired guys like Tarantino.

Monique Gabrielle is actually an ok actress when compared to other models turned actresses. I genuinely think that Death Stalker 2 was lightning in a bottle. They ether told her to act the way she did or gave her no directions and she just improvised. But even looking back she also played the baddie in DS2 and that was acted ok. Standard Femme Fatale, but still ok. Also, no musicals, but what is your stand on rock operas? Cuz there is this one movie called Repo The Genetic Opera and it has the actor playing Paulie from Goodfelllas singing rock opera in a schlocky blood and guts plot. Its pretty great.
