What I loved about Bourdain, he was obviously a man who knew what fine dining was, he’d had the best food from around the world.... but he’d still get down at Sizzler, and not be a snob about it.

Anthony was truly a great person, watch the episode of No Reservation when he goes shooting and hangs out all day with Ted Nugent and a bunch of wounded vets. Here is a hardcore liberal who is chumming it up with complete opposite people. It's rare nowadays to see that, and it's one of the many qualities that makes me miss him. I love how David has carried on the name of his friend Mr. Bourdain. I find myself hearing Bourdain like wisdom from Choe in the past few years. The thing that draws me to Choe is his anger towards his spirituality which seems to be one of the most interesting things about him. In the 80’s and early to mid 90’s I also remember the wonder that was Sizzler. At that time buffet dinning were far and few between. The steak, potato and salad bar or just the salad bar had my child mind spinning. To end this dinning experience, they also had a sunday station with ice milk, sprinkles, whip cream, fudge, caramel, crushed nuts, cones, etc 👌🏽

@@jinkim23 Outback Steakhouse was created by Americans, and is only found in America. Here's a fun fact about their most well known appetizer the "Bloomin Onion". Bloomin is Aussie slang for the word "Fuckin", so you'd say you bloomin idiot, it's a nicer way of saying, you fuckin idiot, so when I came to the States and went to an outback steakhouse, I ordered a fuckin onion, I'll forever remember the servers face 🤣. I always liked AB because he would go to these places and just have fun with it. Everyone in there knows exactly what they are eating and they're having fun with it too. There is some thing very different about a person that talks about a swanky restaurant, and a person that actually eats at a swanky restaurant, and a person that WORKED in a swanky restaurant. AB knew what it was like to be a grunt in the kitchen. And he did it during a time when nobody gave a crap about who worked in the kitchen.
