David Coverdale is a Rock Star . And he is completely honest about his feelings and interpretations of the life in that chosen profession. Not many Musicians are as open and honest as this gentleman is. He has seen it all in his career some critics feel that he is a control freak and wants everything his way. If you are the individual writing the lyrics and the music for the songs. Then you can pick and choose the musicians that accompany you as a band. I have been a big fan for many years back to the Deep Purple days.

This is spot on truth. And just a few years later the whole music landscape changed! I loved all Rock. Grunge was cool. I don’t agree with how Glam got pushed out. There was room for both.

A very smart man with a phenomenal voice. He learned a lot from his friend David Bowie. Late eighties Whitesnake was Coverdale's version of Ziggy Stardust - the image is not the man but adapt or fail. Some good stuff there but the lasting stuff is Northwinds, early eighties Whitesnake and the Coverdale/Page album.
