Some those are more merit for the goalscorer rather than "fails" for DeGea, but yeah- it's always bad for a goalkeeper to concede goal at the side they are protecting.

For me he was always overrated. Words like "World Class", "One of the best keepers" etc. were way too high for his skills. Yes, he had awesome saves but way too many errors to be put in the same category as a Neuer, ter Stegen, Courtois, Oblak etc. He lacks consistency. If KZbin first recommend "De Gea mistakes" instead of "DG saves", you know you are in trouble.
