Some of these stars, man, they look scary after a couple decades out of the spotlight. --have so much cosmetic surgery they look like the Joker, etc., or have had so many years of untreated drug addiction, they can no longer put together a coherent sentence, etc. Duchovny here looks like normal, good aging. It's actually getting rarer and rarer to see that with celebrities these days, unfortunately.

He certainly uses growth hormones like many other stars. If you dose it correctly and don't abuse it (like bodybuilders do) it keeps you young. The stars already know their options. Look at Tom Cruise or Keanu Reeves for example. I also think that these men don't have the same everyday stress as most normal people, which also keeps them young. 🤫😉
