Oriental is such a charming little place. But then, all of our coastline, especially the Outer Banks (or OBX) is beautiful. I love North Carolina and hope I never need to live anywhere else.

from the US** i enjoy this show, i like david & his personality, its nice to see people get a windfall & be able to buy homes they never could before, BUT i wish david would tell them the TAXES they would have to pay every year (& they always go up, never down) ive read about people losing their homes because they were behind in their taxes(esp in CA NY & MA) i know its discussed off camera but im curious watching. also a little pet peeve & i notice this in all real estate; when they show pics of bathtubs, they show a shower curtain closed. im not buying the shower curtain, i want to see the condition of the shower/tub, esp since mold & mildew damage is such a common problem. im very practical. lol.

Why do they cut off parts of the story. This came up and this was the 2nd choice. They are cutting too much for HGTV. I want to know how much they won. Look at the three choice and the rollup when they move in. This is the fourth episodes that have been cut. Stop that please

According to the description they won one million…. I know some videos are cut shorter and have censored mosaics because other wise would KZbin demonetize and or delete the videos, they just seem to show the house that the hopeful buyer really likes or even bought
