Found a $30 Korg nanopad at a pawn shop, took it home, quickly got frustrated trying to figure out how to set it up. KZbin searched for a tutorial and came across one of your videos. 45 minutes later, I'm a subscriber. I still can't use the thing but I'm glad I bought it.

Thank you! I'm very much inspired by your technique and pad placement, I also play the drum kit. After watching your videos, I see the concept, which is basic rudiments by hand. But my question is.... I noticed that your left foot was in motion as if you were keeping time, but I heard the hat pedal in the background. Just wondering how did you get that to sync or did you have a trigger? Because the I have a Maschine Mikro which has no extra ports. How did you do this?
