Your phobia story hits home! I pretty much had the same experience a few years before covid, which then allowed me to inject myself. My covid jabs were the first time I let anyone else do it in 30 years. I did freak out a little bit 😂 I also say I’m afraid of ‘needles’ which is strange because it’s very specific terminology, as you don’t go for a needle, people normally call it a jab / injection/ shot etc. I think it speaks to our phobia mindset. Good on you mate!
