I don't think we should automatically assume anyone with an affiliation with MJ was just using him for money or fame. David Gest was a family friend from childhood. He did produce MJ's 30th anniversary special. Why not allow a trusted family friend to use his talents on behalf of the Jacksons? And why shouldn't he be fairly compensated for doing so?

If Tito and David were BF then why was Michael best man at his wedding I wonder. David has that quirky sense of humor, exhuberant energy, and is always pranking/playing with people. This was probably a little too much for Liza to take long term. I'm going to get shot down for this comment but Michael bless him, may have had this same issue.
