🎶🎶💞 I love this man's voice. It actually puts me in such a relaxed state. Obviously as we all age, our voices change along with every other part of our bodies, but even with the more "mature" sounding voice, it still has the same effect on me. I don't think I am alone on this but to each his own. I was thinking that in the 70's I would listen to Pink Floyd and like most of my friends, we would all be partying every weekend and at which ever party we went to, someone would put these guys on. Now the confessions come out. I remember when I did my first hit of acid. I remember that the music was so intense, ( to my stoned mind), that it would take me on some kind of trip that I could not explain. So to sit and listen to Dark Side of The Moon on a super loud and very impressive stereo system, was a trip all on its own. The way they would fade in and out from left to right was unlike any others that we were into at the time. So now, many years later, I still listen to Pink Floyd, minus the drugs. This along with growing up, has allowed me to truly appreciate and respect all the time and work they put into their music. I hope my rambling on makes some kind of sense to anyone who reads this. I have been going through some health issues that are continuing to get worse, rather than better. Sadly, I feel like I am falling into a deep dark hole that I cant seem to get myself out of. The health issues are caused by a surgeon who lead me to believe he was going to help me when in fact, he made such a mess of things ,that I have been dealing with since 2005. I have had so many abdominal surgeries that I stopped counting at 15 times. Karma kicked his ass though. He was removed from the hospital he worked out of in handcuffs with some very serious charges, not laid by me but lets just say he cannot hurt anyone anymore. The happy ending to my story is that I feel the quote, "music soothes the savage beast.", to be very true. So I thank all my angels for letting me try to heal by being able to listen to such music as this . David Gilmour soothes this savage beast's pain mentally and physically. 🎶🎶😪🎶🤗🎶🎶
