He is so intelligent. All his music comes from his soul. Every song every note is from his heart and soul. Every song he has written you can tell what he was going thru at that time. LOVE this, thank you! The morphing is fantastic, from boy, to young man, to hawk eyed intense artist, to kindly looking older gentleman. Just fantastic brother! One of the most beautiful, heart breakingly poignant things I've ever seen is here on youtube. David & Rick Wright jamming in his barn studio with his daughter recording, shortly before Ricks' death. Even just free styling they made it sound like something they'd played a thousand times before with Rick seamlessly supporting David wherever he went; and the BEST moment was when the two old masters looked at one another locking eyes. Two masters of their craft, old comrades and brothers in arms sharing their mutual "knowing". I've read that Richard Wright was intensely self-contained & hard to know and that David Gilmour is one of the few people to have really gotten close, you can see their mutual love in that Barn Studio clip. Again THANK YOU SIR for THIS great gift!
