Don Alejo I beg to differ No child is weak and stupid The parents trained them But children as well as each GROWN INDIVIDUAL walking this earth Is NEVER DONE BECOMING How dare you talk so idiotic about children They need good role models or they will be unfulfilled intellectually and of spirit Especially if they have deadbeat adults in their environment Most children aren’t raised They grow up alone So your comment is part true except for discarding the children in your statement They are still becoming!!! Don’t speak wrongly about children in school ages Shame on you Go to school and read with children that can’t Then come back and tell me what your eyes have seen

Tell me about it. Goggins has changed my life since Nov 30th, 2018. Along with Jon McMahon and his iThrive series. I was 235lbs and so out of shape the tests showed I had the body of a 59 year old...I was 49. Smoking, drinking, lethargy for 20 years and just supremely unfocused. I had some sort of heart attack driving my young daughter to school. I was beyond scared. 4 months later I just finished my third triathlon. I’m 191lbs. Circulation is vastly improved. Mind just feels much more clear and focused. I’m setting goals and making new plans around things I’ve always dreamed of doing. “Comfort is the Enemy to Growth”. Thank you David Goggins for reminding me of the true me and who I want to present to God when I’m dead.

“It’s so easy to be great nowadays, because everyone else is weak. If you have ANY mental toughness, if you have any fraction of self-discipline; The ability to not want to do it, but still do it; If you can get through to doing things that you hate to do: on the other side is GREATNESS ” - David Goggins Quotes

I actually cried because all he's saying is true. I doubted myself so much, to the point I don't even try or do something in order to surpass everything that's on my way. With his speech, I am now determined to break myself off this insecurity and anxiety. Slowly, but surely. One step at the time. I am currently waiting for bootcamp to the navy, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes in order me to move forward to see the other side. I'm suffering, but I'll succeed. I'll make him as my role model from now on. I'll do whatever it takes to serve my country, and I'll be the best at it.

I come from a broken home a abusive father who i watched slam my mom threw a table when i was 3 years old and remember it like it was yesterday. I am also a recovering addict clean for 4 years and just got married last year. I have suffered mentally emotionally and physically. I have kinda been in a rut lately and have been doing alot of self inventory and trying to figure out how to get out of the constant life style i have been in and keep driving forward. Its like this flame in my heart and mind a desire to go beyond what i ever thought. Im sure this guy hears this alot but i really mean what im about to say. David goggins you sir have taken that flame inside me and threw gas on that mother fucker. I have to have friction in my life i have to be uncomfortable i have to feel pain that is really the only way i grow. threw everthing ive been threw in my life and have overcome that was just a test now is when my fucking life begins. Let me tell you ... I have followed and vehemently watched and even listened to Goggins interviews while working out and he words thru his experience has had such a great impact on my life. So many aspects that Mr Goggins discusses i can directly relate to. I’ve come from a broken, abusive, and utterly lost home. I’ve made mistakes even in the Marine Corps and had regrets, which created great differing inside, anxiety, and the wo is me mentality. Some times I’ve been stronger than others and thru it all despite these hurdles my major strength has been that i have been relentless in improving and becoming better. The first part of my life was like hell and it wasn’t until my 30 s where I started to overcome. Thank you for this video and huge shout out to Mr Goggins for inspiring me and many others.

Today... I was tired. I drank a couple cups of coffee throughout the day to try and wake myself up. A few things happened today that made it not go as smoothly as I anticipated that it would be. I couldn't wait to get home and go to sleep. Then when I got home, I listened to some Jocko Willink. That led me to emptying the dishwasher. Then I started this video. Within 5 minutes, I wasn't tired anymore. I was energized! I then put away my clean laundry that has been out for 2 days. Then I thought to myself, when Goggins calls, you gotta answer. I put on my shoes and ran just over 2 miles. I feel blessed to have come across David Goggins.

Whenever I'm in need of motivation, or perhaps I'm feeling down and just want to give up on anything in life, I just listen to David Goggins and this man's words will literally set a fire under my feet and jump start my heart & mind. This man is truly remarkable. ... I have this interview saved on Spotify and listen to it whenever I'm at the gym or out walking and need to reflect. Such a huge motivator. Thank You, Mr. Goggins for saving me!!

Man he's hitting the gym hard... I developed stretch marks in the exactly the same spots like him after training too hard as a teenager. For that reason I stopped hitting the gym long time ago because I was afraid of making them worse. But now at 27 I generally feel worse about myself - stuck and stagnated. I totally respect him in that he doesn't seem to care about such superficialities whatsoever. I think I will go to gym again as well - and fuck the stretch marks! I finally want to grow again - inside and out! Good on ya David!!!

I’ve never heard anyone who has been beaten as much as me nor violated on social media. You are the only person with who on social media I can truly relate. I’ve always and to this day been the type of person driven to compete with myself, nonstop. It’s time to to apply this mentality to the shame I never deserved for this profound violence so graphic. I thank you for sharing your struggle because although different from my own, it helps me feel less alone as does our shared motivation to live a better life and workout nonstop in the cold. No freezing rain can take the joy of freedom and hard work. That is the truth(!) and I look forward to the day I have released the shame with this work ethic to the point my career is fully liberated and dedicated to speaking out against speaking out against this type of violence I experienced.

I'm 455 pounds as of now. Yes a lot of it's muscle but i need to drop some body fat. I entered my first marathon last week, it almost broke me but I made it in 11 hours 25minutes. I had to walk some of it. What did I learn ? Mental strength is critical, so is nutrition, i simply didn't eat enough. I took in only 3500 calories all day. My usual intake is 6000 calories. I got weak and light headed. I've set myself a goal of becoming a navy seal within a year. Watching Goggins videos is all i watch , he is a huge inspiration. Great man

"You've gotta accept the fact that, everybody judging you, you judging yourself. It is OK to be fu%^ed up, its ok to not be like everybody else. That's when I realised and stopped comparing myself to other people. I'm my own hero, I'm my own hero." - David Goggins

Goggins is my hero over any movie star or football player for real. He has discovered and displayed the mindset of hardcore ethic. I don't think he is crazy. I think he is just one of the few who recognize the importance of being hard in order to prepare for the future. Respect for Chief Goggins!!
