David Hasselhof war damals einer meiner Idole. Als Schauspieler und als Sänger. Ich war damals zwischen 10 Jahre und 14 Jahre als David Hasselhof in Deutschland ein Star wurde bzw. war. Er hat tolle Musik gesungen und auch das eine oder andere in Deutsch komplett gesungen. Ich habe es im Fernsehen gesehen als David Hasselhof Silvester 1989 dieses Lied am Brandenburger Tor in Berlin gesungen hat. Darauf hat man gewartet und sich so sehr gefreut, als er es gesungen hat. Jeder in meinen Jahrgängen weiß wie ich es meine.

Not trying to ruin your hopes, but a Korean reunification isn't that likely. Some reasons: 1) North Korea is backed by China, which is far from collapsing, as opposed to the USSR back then 2) North and South Korea actually fought a war against each other 3) the economic imbalance would be enormous 4) North Korean people have been brainwashed for decades 5) It's been a little too long now. There are few people still alive in NK that experienced any other state 6) There are so signs of uprising in NK 7) the NK gov has nukes I could see North Korea becomming a democracy in 30 years or more, but I don't think that they will reunite during our lifetime
