D.H. Lawrence's 1923 novel Kangaroo is set in Australia and is an account of a visit to New South Wales by an English writer named Richard Lovat Somers and his German wife Harriet in the early 1920s. The novel includes a chapter about a secret army of Diggers (World War I veterans) that Lawrence encountered during his eleven week stay in the NSW coastal town of Thirroul in 1922.

🙏 Ma'am, I have a doubt, Gerald strangled Urzuela or Gudrun....as per the story Gerald and Gudrun are together and Urzuela and Berkin follow them. Gudrun is an artist and not Urzuela who can connect with the frail artist in the Alps. Please guide. Much respect and reverence for you as always 🙏🙏
