I draw portraits. Faces are a drawing obsession for me because, as Hockney says, "you see faces psichologically, cameras see them geometrically". Photography never called my attention. Only as a reference.

David Hockney seemed a bit drunk during this interview .. Unusually slow with his speech. Very unlike him.
