I am normally really a pretty content and thankful person, but in the past, I had allowed some really negative feelings to enter my mind and sometimes take control of me for long periods of time. Now, the second those feelings appear, I tell myself NO. NO lower wave link! Then I bring myself back to my content, peaceful state. It actually is completely effortless. I am not sure why I had never keyed in on this before, but nevertheless, I will never go back to allowing that wave link to hold me. I will not feed the demons.

I wish he wasn't as vague as he was, mentioning a ton of things without doing justice to them and dryly trying to tie them across his own ideas from verious interesting things he stumbled on. I had an out of body experience during a football match with my friends and neighbours due to a bad tackle to my knee. I was floating a few metres up without my legs just like a gene and I could clearly see my friends trying to revive me. Behind me was a long road but looked like a loop which felt infinite and something that requires light speed to travel it. Then I heard a voice saying it's not time yet. As a teen I was abducted by malicious beings, and became conscious during the event. I tried asking them what they were doing with me, but got no response.
