We need to protect David lynch at all costs, he is a gift

His political views have nothing to do with it. I support Trump but still see the innate beauty glorify of Lynch and of his many works. I do feel he should be protected, from death and aging that is.

I saw a Pollock in my mind when he said it.
@icmorgan16 жыл бұрын
Google made me do it that’s a unique perspective of that, I like the image and connection of what you said.
@DarkAngelEU6 жыл бұрын
Thanks. The first time I saw a Pollock it was a study on display at the Tate about 8 years ago. It looked like soldiers fighting in the snow. Since then, I have had an art education and I can tell you it makes no sense to learn about art in any way whatsoever. The only thing it's good for is knowing what you don't need on the go. I studied Pollock for several months to publish a paper on Derrida because they show similarities, yet at the end of it I threw it all away because it doesn't matter. Pollock didn't make his paintings so I could analyze his compositions and compare them to French Theory. He only made those compositions so that we as a viewer would receive a powerful image that seems spontaneous, thus making it more powerful. This is the balance of emotion and intellect: feeling something and knowing how to show it without making it lose any impact to others. It has to be as if it came straight out of your mind, blowing everyone's socks off. It took me some time to go back to a Pollock and not think about composition but just see what my imagination was whispering. To just look at the paint, its physicality, how wonderfully bizarre its texture can vibrate with the right colors breathing through from the background. It's a wonderful thing to have imagination, to have this sense of wonder about such a trivial thing like paint. It takes a true artist to create so much with so little. I will leave you with Antonioni. His film Blow Up would be a good start if you like Pollock :)

Being an Indian and being a hardcore David Lynch fan, I'm so proud that Lynch has taken a lot from ancient Indian culture of Vedas, ancient Hindu scriptures and even Transcendental meditation, which he learned from an Indian guru.. Makes me happy.. :)

The words of Master Lynch are the only that makes me have faith of this world. I don't practice tm, 'cause I don't own the money to pay the expensive teacher that based in Italy. However I believe so much in the power of mt and love what DavidLynchFoundation do for the people who had a trauma of any type. talk about depression, anxiety, cod is CARING for all the people, 'cause mental health is so underrated that anyone of us ends with hiding problems. God bless you, David.

You don't need the money, man. You don't need pay to learn meditation. Really. You can Learn here in the yt. Has a lot of people teaching it. You just learn the basics and then start to practice it. listening Watts talks to. he will teach you a lot of things. It's free. You know what Tm is? Just mantra. You know what mantra is? Just a word without meaning. So you keep saying that word trough you breathing and sundly you brain gets tierd and stop to rumbling around. You get silence. You can make your on word. Here, take mine "Shay-yem.." do it. Or you don't need it. Just focus on your breathing. Breathing in breathing out. Meditation is a self-teaching Technic. You will learning things about your self with time. Is like a tool to you treavel around the maize of your own brain. But do it every day. Do it after you wake up, do it before go to sleep. Start with 10 - 15 mintus. Then passe it to 30 - 40 minuts with time. More meditation you do, more easy become. And one more tip. Don't worry if you stop it. It will happen. Just watch it and sit down and do it again. Don't judge your-self. Your crazy brain already do it for you.. :D Peace Bro.. And keep it going.
