Thank you so much for this. This year has been a total shit show. Panic attacks, anxiety, leaving a less than stellar relationship & all sorts of other bs that I previously haven’t experienced have been plaguing me hard. David’s beautiful insights have been a huge help & I’ve found quite a bit of hope in what he has to say. There’s hope for us. Just like David says about ideas, it may take some time; but if you wait patiently it’s bound to come along.
