I really appreciated hearing him discuss his experiences and viewpoints on Michael.

Yes that would be amazing. A pod cast. It’s a lot of work though

@@davidmaurici4949 Oh is it? Yeah I had no idea about that. I just appreciate Ernies creativity I will just enjoy his outfits and music when he releases it on the peew youtube channel. Fabulous interview by the way, It's disappointing alig never got his redemption story he had so many people backing him and supporting him. As messy as he was you can't take away what he did for nightlife and also his artwork was amazing

This was great! I've been on a Michael Alig post-prison content kick lately and this is exactly what I was looking for. Can't say I'm surprised by anything David experienced with him. I definitely want to get that book, it's almost like a sequel to Disco Bloodbath!

Glad you enjoyed it! I had also previously interviewed David's husband Ernie Glam, where we included some Michael Alig conversation as well..

I could always appreciate the colorful stylings of Mr. Michael Alig, but hot mess vibes were quite evident most of the time (which were enjoyable to see from the outside looking in) probably not so much so for those truly experiencing it on full blast 🤔

His voice is so hard to listen to 😬

Was Ernie dating someone underaged?

under what age?

Not to take anything from David’s perspective- but I know at least two, one especially- people/ person who Michael Alig gave hope and purpose and a place to go to

Sorry to say that , but u guys are putting Michael as a leading actor of the show.

Wait, wait... I'm listening to this video and all I hear is complaints about Michael... And I'm not on his side, but despite his conviction and after his death, you wrote a book with the cover of his face ( description on 26.07 min) of a work of art that belongs to him. The only person you can't lie to is yourself and Like you said, he was playing a character, but deep down inside he was struggling with the crime he committed...

Doubt that Ali spent 5 minutes "struggling with the crime he committed". He was a sociopath, and a total narcissist, til the day he died.
