Wow, what a poor guy. And his mother approached minister Kim Campbell in 1990 with a forensic pathology report exonerating David, yet she was brushed off by Campbell then and for the next year and a half that she had no time to read it. Likewise, Fisher's ex-wife went to the cops in 1980 confessing her strong suspicions that Fisher was the real killer, but the cops told her to get lost.

When I was arrested and charged, I was denied bail and told by my lawyers that if I did not plead guilty I could be sitting in jail waiting longer for a trial date than the amount of time that they were seeking and that I could be given twice the amount of time or more for not taking "responsibility " if found guilty at trial. So due to those circumstances, I pled guilty knowing that I was innocent, because I didn't want to sit in jail waiting longer for a trial date than the time they were seeking, especially when prison Conditions can be cruel and unusual and trial dates can be unreasonably delayed and convictions can be wrongful and appeals can be often denied. I pled guilty knowing I was innocent because I did not want to deal with the stress, fear, frustration, malice, or the confusion caused by systemic racism. I pled guilty knowing that Elizabeth May Terry (lizzie terry) made false allegations in order to have me locked up so she could steal twenty-three thousand dollars of furniture and electronics from me in retaliation for cheating with her sister. As a victim of systemic racism you do not committ crimes, you just suffer the consequences of crimes like an innocent bystander. Systemic racism made me the victim look like the criminal and the actual criminal look like the victim. Even when you tell the truth they will make you out to to be the liar and then make the actual liar out to be the one telling the truth. They will pick sides without knowing the truth or without seeking the truth, and then concoct or make whatever side they think they can make look like the truth. Everything you say or do they use against you especially in the court of law where everyone in positions of authority are white or have to answer directly or indirectly to someone white. That's white supremacy. Racism, that has been perfected and systematized. I do not need anyone to tell me that I'm innocent when I know that I am innocent. The video proves I'm innocent. The same video that the judge refused to watch. I pled guilty knowing that I did not committ any offense, knowing that I was innocent, just to get out of jail and they knew that. Now that I'm out, I take that guilty plea right back. I giveth, therefore I taketh. I shouldn't have went to jail in the first place. They will lock you up, ruin your life, take everything from you, then release you with nothing. That's racism. They didn't have to lock me up when they knew they was eventually going to release me. They could have released me from the beginning so that I wouldn't lose everything. What a system. Not only does it tolerate racism, it requires racism.

Andvwe all believe we wouldn't bend or buckle but there are studies a person will be looking at blue and see red if enough other ppl say it. Esp with threats and isolation. God bless them all. Police interrogation tactics... Plus already having flimsy sense of right and wrong... They were out playing with fire... No angels... If you stand for nothing you can fall for anything. In NO way judging but a reminder to us all of why not play with fire. But look at how hood life affected them. I feel like it all lined up because there's too many times they should've been doing something positive and contributing to the greater good...they were out bouncing around "up to no good" not up to that bad either... And i believe they were victims because of their age... The system is what's wrong. Coersion is just standard operating procedure. Any of us in that could lose or minds. But if we are on a clear path toward good... And have to work to that every day or minds stand a better chance against that and against media brainwashing etc. God bless!

This kind of thing was standard practice in many countries at the time before forensic evidence (which completely exonerates him and nailed the Fisher guy) became so critical for convictions. The police think they know who did, and railroad "witnesses" into manufacturing evidence for a case against them.

Well... If they're raping and stabbing innocents... Kind of consistent on the "I want to harm innocent ppl" trajectory. Fits his profile. Rapists aren't horny dudes that couldn't handle it anybody. Their violent sadists who use sex as just another means to act violently for pleasure or control. They love to see pain in others. So watching someone suffer for his crime was probably actually pleasurable. When you see him say no you can see a psychopath sparkle in his eye. Getting interviewed. Getting to lie etc... I think all proceeds from true crime documentaries, should go to survivors of violent crimes, and surviving Family members. Just throwing that out there. The fifth estate has Respect when presenting tragic stories. But many crime documentaries sensationalize a tragic event. And ask families the kind of questions you know are going to hurt. Deliberately trying to get a rise from loved One's, for a dramatic affect. Extreme disrespect. There should be basic standards for how they interview surviving Family members, how they present these, and how much money is paid out in the making of these stories. Any profits should be going straight back to surviving Family and survivors of horrific assaults..
