What Robbie and other Arsenal fans failed to get is the transfers businesses arent straight forward. When the club arent spending 100mil, they'll quickly blamed the ambitions of the club. There's a lot of things to consider, for example Osimhen: does he available for a loan (what's the agreement btw Gala & Napoli) or is it posible Napoli wanted a permanent transfer to break the loan deal and at what cost ? 80mil ? and how this will impact the future transfer of Zubi since Jorgi/Partey will likely leave. And then there's the player profile & tactics consideration on top. Arsenal doesnt get that much from ESR,Nketiah,Ramsdale deals & already invested on Calafiori, Merino, Raya.

Jonathan David would be a free agent this summer. This January is Lille's last chance to recoup anything on him. First, I'd say go for Cunha, he's PL ready so he would click instantly. The guy wants the move and we just need to negotiate a little bit. Second, let's just get a loan for a second attacker. Maybe Vlahovic or even maybe Sesko with a buy option just like Raya. Forget Osimhen as he'd break the wage structure and brings unwanted problems in the future. Osimhen only if we can negotiate his wage demand way less.

He wants huge wage. A huge wage means it'd make no sense not to start him week in week out. Say it's 400k a week, most managers would prefer having 2 lesser strikers on 200k a week instead. These 2 strikers would push each other in order to gain a starting place. A 400k striker wouldn't bother to push himself since he knows not starting him would mean the club paying money for nothing. There's also the question of injuries and burnout also. It's just how wage structure works in most clubs.

No David, even with Kai,Jesus or Trossard healthy Arsenal (or Arteta) made a conscious decision to have a squad without an out and out striker. What you are witnessing here is greed and the PR machine that works for the Kroenke's. Stan Kroenke after taking majority of stake shares said I didn't buy Arsenal stake to win trophies . I want to tell the audience as a lifelong Arsenal supporter deeply concerned about the direction of this great club. Arsenal is a global institution built on a legacy of excellence and trophies. Settling for top-four finishes is not an option for a club of our stature, yet this has become the standard under recent management. The fanbase is frustrated and turning angry, and it is clear that decisive action is needed to restore Arsenal to greatness. Mikel Arteta’s tenure has failed to meet expectations. With no major honors, limited managerial credentials, and £700 million invested in the squad, the results have been underwhelming. Arteta’s appointment, much like Emery’s before him, fell far short of the elite standard Arsenal deserves. It is time to rectify this by bringing in a proven winner. Carlo Ancelotti, with his unparalleled track record, remains the ideal candidate, but if he is unavailable, there are other world-class managers who can take Arsenal to the top. Zinedine Zidane, José Mourinho, Jürgen Klopp, Luis Van Gaal, or even the legendary Frank Rijkaard-Johan Cruyff’s brilliant student-are all names that reflect ambition and excellence. These are winners who know how to inspire players, win major trophies, and restore belief in the fans. Furthermore, pairing such a manager with an elite CEO and sporting director would not only secure trophies but also elevate Arsenal’s revenue and global status. With the right leadership and vision, Arsenal could generate success that rivals or surpasses Real Madrid, making Stan and Josh Kroenke if they are smart businessmen the most celebrated owners in football history. This is a pivotal moment and a time for no mediocrity. To act now to show the ambition and love for the game that the fans demand. Sacking Arteta and bringing in a world-class manager is the only path forward. It’s a win-win for The Kroenke's, the club, and the fans. Arsenal deserves nothing less.
