I can't believe it has been 17 years when I met him after I was working out in a field, the whole stadium was completely empty and I was sweated and tired then I saw this giant walking into me, being clueless that the next year he would make history with the sox, that's a moment I will forget about...!! I never thought he would turn into my hero after that amazing unforgettable world series comeback ever.

"Boston fans have longed to hear it; the Boston Red Sox are world champions!" was poignant, elegant yet simple, and classy, not like Buck at all.

It brings me to tears to see the memories. So much of my life happened while watching big papi do his magic. Joe Castiglion was the voice on my radio that made the soundtrack of summer. Don Orsello and then Dave O’Brian were the tv voices but we can’t forget Jerry Remy. The REM dawg. I will forever have these joyful moments in time. Let’s go Sox and let’s have hope for another amazing chapter.

The double that Pedroia got tagged out on he wasn't really out. I remember watching the highlights for that game and the catcher completely missed the tag.
